Stormwater Queensland invites you to share your thoughts on the Stormwater Quality Improvement Device Evaluation Protocol (SQIDEP) published by Stormwater Australia.

Background:  Stormwater Australia has requested that Stormwater Queensland supports the roll-out of SQIDEP in Queensland. The survey has been prepared by Stormwater Queensland to gauge the opinion of our members on SQIDEP. Responses will be used by Stormwater Queensland to help decide how it supports SQIDEP and to prepare a position statement. While reference to SQIDEP in this survey focuses on the technical document, related components such as a verification program are also important, so all related comments are welcome.

This survey is open to Stormwater Queensland members and follows a similar survey of local government completed recently. For local government officers who are members, this survey provides a second chance if their local government did not meet the previous survey deadline or to provide individual input if that varies from a previously stated local government position.

This survey is completely anonymous. Recognising local government rules for accepting gifts, participants who complete the survey go into the draw to either receive free registration to a Stormwater Queensland event or a $200 voucher to a major chain store of your choosing (e.g. Myer, BCF, Bunnings etc.)

The survey includes 12 questions and should take about 5-15 minutes to complete depending the level of detail of your responses.
